Eyeko Vintage

This week was so strange and exhausting for me…..so I guess this is kind of apology for the lack of swatches in the past week J

O.k. so here is the third polish I've ordered from Eyeko:

Vintage – a light turquoise, more like a green pastel. Very pretty and delicate. 2 coats were needed for an opaque look. The formula, like with the blue polish, was a little thick but overall the application was good and in this case too, I really like the result.

שבוע הזוי ומתיש עבר על כוחותינו....אז אני מניחה שזו מעין התנצלות על היעדר הסווטצ'ים בשבוע האחרון J

אוקיי, אז הנה הלק השלישי שהוזמן מ- Eyeko:

Vintage – טורקיזי בהיר, יותר לכיוון הירוק הפסטלי. עדין מאוד. שתי שכבות נדרשות כאן למראה אטום. הפורמולה, כמו בלק הכחול, היתה קצת סמיכה אבל המריחה עדיין היתה נוחה וגם כאן, התוצאה הסופית היתה ממש לטעמי.

מה אתן אומרות עליו ?

אוקיי, אז ככה נראית החתמה עם קונאד שנהרסה.......

באסה !

והכי גרוע, שאני לא יכולה להגיד לכן בדיוק למה זה קרה......

היה עליי את שיק 204, שהראיתי לכן בפוסט הקודם, והוא היה כל כך יפה, שהחלטתי לא להוריד אותו ולהחתים אותו עם קונאד.

השתמשתי בפלטה מס' 65 של קונאד ובלק השחור המיוחד של קונאד ויצאה לי החתמה פשוט מושלמת !

אחרי שסיימתי להחתים , חיכיתי בערך 20 דק' שזה יתייבש, כי מנסיון עבר אני יודעת, שאם שמים שכבה של מייבש אחרי ההחתמה, זה הורס אותה.

אז חיכיתי......

ואז כששמתי את המייבש, הכל נמרח לי, כמו שאתן יכולות לראות......

אני לא יודעת למה בדיוק זה קרה, אולי הייתי צריכה לחכות יותר, אולי לדוגמא הזאת עם לק שחור לוקח יותר זמן להתייבש......אבל זה היה די מבאס לראות שקונאד מושלם הפך למריחה....

אז החלטתי לשתף אתכן בזה כדי שתדעו שאם אתן מחתימות את הציפורניים, תדאגו לתת להן מספיק זמן שיתייבשו לפני שאתן שמות עליהן שכבה של מייבש וגם כדי שתראו איזה פוטנציאל היה יכול להיות לדוגמא הזאת – זה היה כל כך יפה על הציפורניים – ומי שרוצה, מוזמנת לנסות את זה בעצמה !

Chic No. 204 + Konad black polish + Konad plate No. 65

O.K, so that's how a ruined Konadicure looks like…..

Sad !

And the worst part is that I can't tell you for sure why is that happened…..

I had on my nails Chic No. 204 , which I showed you on my last post, and it was so beautiful that I decided not to take it off and do some Konad over it.

I used Konad plate no. 65 and Konad special black polish and the stamping turned out perfect !

After I finished stamping, I waited about 20 minutes for it to dry, because from my experience with Konad, if you apply the Topcoat right after the stamping, it ruins it.

So I waited….

And then, when I applied the topcoat, it all got spread, as you can see….

I don't know why exactly it happened….maybe I should have wait more, maybe to this image with black polish takes more time to get dry…..but it was pretty disappointing to see a perfect Konadicure get ruined….

So I've decided to share this with you so you'll know to wait long enough after stamping your nails before applying topcoat over them and also so you can see what a potential this konadicure had – my nails looked so beautiful – and maybe you'll want to try it yourself !

בשבוע שעבר הראיתי לכן שני לקים של שיק שאני אוהבת והבטחתי להמשיך ולכתוב כאן עוד על לקים שיש לנו בארץ – אז הנה ממשיכים....

בלק הזה נזכרתי באחת מה"שיחות" שלי עם ניקול מ- Magic Maid שכתבה לי על לקים פסטליים. כבר המון זמן שלא העליתי לכאן פסטלים, נכון ?

לשיק יש כמה לקים פסטליים שאני אוהבת – צהוב בננה, תכלת, לילך וורוד (לא זוכרת אם יש עוד) – בזמנו קניתי את כולם והרבה זמן לא השתמשתי בהם ופתאם עכשיו, אחרי שנזכרתי בהם, ממש התחשק לי לשים אותם. אם אני זוכרת נכון, שלושת הצבעים חוץ מהלילך דורשים 3 שכבות כדי להגיע למראה שבבקבוק, והיום אני אראה לכם את גוון הלילך – מס' 204.

הלק הזה הוא לק פסטלי בצבע לילך – מעין סגול ורדרד עדין מאוד. המריחה שלו מצויינת והוא אטום כבר אחרי שתי שכבות. מה שממש אהבתי בו, זה הגימור המבריק שלו – אתן יכולות לראות כמה הוא מבריק בתמונות, והן צולמו בלי טופ קואוט כדי שתוכלו לראות את הברק !

נכון יפה ? אני ממש מרוצה מהלק הזה !

מה איתכן ? אתן אוהבות לקים בגווני פסטל ? יש לכן לק פסטל מיוחד שאתן אוהבות ?

כמו שאתן רואות, הציפורניים שלי מתחילות לשוב לאורך נורמלי ואתמול התחלתי להשתמש במחזק של OPI מסדרת ה – Nail Envy בתקווה שהן יהיו חזקות ובריאות יותר. אני אתן לזה כמה ימים ניסיון ואכתוב לכן עליו בהמשך השבוע J.

Chic - No. 204

Last week I showed you 2 of my beloved Chic's polishes and I promised to write here more about the polishes we have here – so lets continue….

This polish popped to my head in one of my "talks" with Nicole from Magic Maid , after she wrote me about pastels polishes. It's been a long time since I last swatched here pastels, right ?

Chic has some pastels polishes which I really like – banana – yellow, baby – blue, lilac purple and light pink (I don't remember if there are more) – at the time I bought them all and I haven't used them for a while, and now, after I remembered them, I really felt like using them. If I remember right, the 3 colors, except the lilac, requires 3 coats to get the bottle look, and today I show you the lilac shade – No. 204.

This is a pastel lilac polish – kind of a pinkish purple, very delicate. Its application is great and it is opaque after 2 coats. What I really love in this polish, is its very glossy finish – you can see how glossy it is in the pictures, and they were taken without Top Coat so you can see its shine !

Isn't it pretty ? I'm very pleased with this polish !

As you can see, my nails are starting to grow again to a normal length and yesterday I started to use one of OPI Nail Envy strengtheners, hopefully they'll grow up stronger and healthier. I'm going to give it a try for a couple of days and I'll write you about it during this week J
