סליחה על ההיעדרות בשבוע האחרון – ימים עמוסים עברו ועדיין עוברים על כוחותינו, כולל מחלה קצרה שגזלה ממני את האנרגיות לכמה ימים, ושתי ציפורניים שנשברו עד לבסיס וקצת ביאסו אותי (אתן יכולות לראות בתמונה) אבל חוץ מזה, אין טענות – הכל דבש :-)

מקווה שאצלכן גם הכל בסדר ושעבר עליכן שבוע מוצלח ונעים !

יש לי המון דברים חדשים להראות לכן, אבל היום אני אראה לכן את הלקים החדשים שקיבלתי בהפתעה מבלוגרית אחרת בשם Elaine – יש לה בלוג מקסים שנקרא http://lacquerlaine.blogspot.com/ואם לא ביקרתן בו עדיין, זה הזמן ללכת ולבדוק אותו :-)

לפני כמה זמן, היא פרסמה בבלוג שלה לקים של חברת Del Sol , שהמיוחד בהם זה שהם משנים את הצבע שלהם בשמש. יש אותם במגוון צבעים וכשניסיתי להזמין דרך האתר שלהם, התברר לי שהם לא עושים משלוחים לישראל, וכמו שאתן יכולות לתאר, התאכזבתי מאוד לגלות את זה....

אבל איליין המקסימה החליטה להרים את הכפפה ולהפתיע אותי, ואתמול בדואר חיכתה לי חבילה ממנה, ותראו מה מצאתי בה :

כן, היא שלחה לי שני לקים של דל סול ! ובנוסף היא צירפה לי זוג ריסים מלאכותיות של רבלון – נכון מקסימה ??

כמו שאתן מתארות, מיד הסרתי את הלק שהיה לי על הציפורניים והתחלתי בנסיונות...חחחח...ומה אני אגיד לכן ? ממש קונספט אדיר הלקים האלו :-) הם ממש משנים את הצבע שלהם בשמש – האחד, תכלת עדין שבשמש הופך לירוק בהיר והשני ונקרא Electrick (בשמש הוא נראה עוד יותר ירוק מאשר בתמונה, אבל כל התמונות יצאו לי נוראיות) והשני אדום עם נצנצים מ-ה-מ-מ-י-ם שהופך בשמש לסגול כהה ונקרא Heartbreaker !

שניהם נמרחים בקלות – המרקם של התכלת קצת בעייתי, כי הוא מטאלי, ואי אפשר לא לראות את הפסים שהוא משאיר, והאדום פשוט סופני !!

בשניהם מרחתי 3 שכבות, כי הם היו לי קצת בהירים אחרי 2 שכבות וזמן הייבוש סביר בהחלט.

אלו בהחלט לקים כיפיים, שעושים חשק לעבור כל הזמן משמש לצל...חחח....ובאדום התאהבתי לגמרי !!! הנצנצים שלו – להתעלף עליהם !!

סוף שבוע נעים לכולן !

Sorry for not being here in the last week – I had and still have, some busy days, including few days of being sick and out of energy and 2 broken nails (you can see it on the pictures), but beside that, I have no complains - everything is wonderful :-)

Hope everything is fine with you all and that you had a nice week !

I have plenty of new stuff to show you, but today I'll show you my new polishes that I've got in surprise from the wonderful Elaine from http://lacquerlaine.blogspot.com/– if you haven't been on her blog yet, check it out ! It is a fabulous blog and she shows great polishes !

A while ago, Elaine published on her blog some Del Sol polishes, which are solar changing polishes, in different colors. When I tried to order some through their web site, I realized that they don't ship to Israel, and I was very disappointed when I discovered that...

But the lovely Elaine had decided to surprise me and yesterday when I was in the post office, there was a package waiting for me there from her, and look what I've found there ! (At the first picture)

Yes, she sent me 2 Del Sol polishes ! And she also sent me a pair of Revlon Fantasy Lengths eyelashes – isn't she wonderful ? :-)

As you can imagine, I immediately removed the polish I had on my nails, and started to do some experiences…lol….and what can I say ? This is such a great concept :-) These polishes changes their color in sunlight –the first one, Electrick, is a metallic light blue inside, and a metallic light green outside, and the second, Heartbreaker, is a red with gorgeous silver glitter inside and deep burgundy-purple outside.

They both apply easily – Electrick is harder to work with, because of its metallic texture, so you can see the stripes, and this Heartbreaker is so stunning – I totally fell in love with this one and its glitter is to die for !!

Both are 3 coats and the drying time is very reasonable.

These are such a fun polishes, and they make you want to move from indoor to outdoor every minute…lol…

Thank you very much Elaine for these wonderful polishes !! That was so kind and thoughtful of you and I appreciate it very much ! And I'm working on a package for you in these days :-)

Martini and Diamonds for all !

הלק שאני מביאה לכן היום מעורר בי קונוטציות של מסיבות קוקטייל, שמלות ערב נוצצות, מרטיני ויהלומים !

כן, הלכתי עם זה עד הסוף, הא ?

וזה בגלל שהלק הזה ממש הפתיע אותי לטובה וכמו שאתן יודעות....אני אוהבת הפתעות ! אני ממש דרדס ההפתעות...איך קראו לו ? זה שהיה צועק "הפתעעעעעההההה"......חחחחח

אז ככה – את הלק הזה קניתי בטופנייל, אחרי שראיתי שם סטנד עם לקים נוצצים שנראו לי מפתים במיוחד. אין עליו שם חברה, לא מספר, לא שם, כלום......לפי מה שהבנתי, הם מייצרים את הלקים האלה בעצמם, ואם להודות על האמת, הייתי סקפטית מאוד לגביו, אבל בסופו של דבר אמרתי לעצמי שנצנצים כאלה אני חייבת לנסות :-)

אז קניתי אותו, וכשניסיתי אותו בבית הופתעתי לטובה. הנצנצים שלו מאוד גסים ונוצצים וכבר בשכבה הראשונה אפקט הנצנצים היה מאוד מורגש (בניגוד ללקים נצנצים אחרים שלפעמים בשכבה ראשונה הם די שקופים עם מעט נצנצים קטנים). גם הצבע שלו מיוחד – ירקרק עם נצנצים כסופים וזהובים ביחד
אין לי ספק שהוא יכול להיות מצויין לקישוטים, אבל אני החלטתי לנסות ולשים אותו על כל הציפורן, ובהחלט הופתעתי כשראיתי שכבר בשכבה השלישית הוא נותן מראה די אטום ולחלוטין מקסים !

המריחה שלו די קלה, יש סמיכות מסוימת כיאה ללק נצנצים וכמו בלקים מהסוג הזה, צריך לא להתפתות לשים שכבות עבות עם המון נצנצים, אלא למרוח שכבות דקות, לחכות בין שכבה לשכבה דקה שתיים, וככה עד שמגיעים לדרגה שרוצים.
מה שאתן רואות בתמונה זה 4 שכבות דקות ששמתי, וזה הביא אותי למראה האטום שרציתי. גם בשלוש שכבות הוא נראה מצויין ומי שרוצה מראה יותר עדין – יכולה לשים רק שכבה אחת או שתיים.

הלק הזה מצויין גם כשכבת כיסוי נוצצת ללקים, וכבר ניסיתי אותו עם שני לקים אחרים שקניתי והתוצאה היתה נהדרת – לא

הספקתי לצלם, אבל אני אעשה את זה שוב ואצלם לכן, כי זה נראה מצויין ביחד :-)

אני מסכמת את ההתנסות הזאת כחוויה מוצלחת ביותר ונראה לי שבהזדמנות אני אעבור שם שוב ואקנה עוד צבע מהנצנצים האלה !

Hi everyone !!

The polish that I'm showing you today reminds me a cocktails parties, sparkling evening dresses, martini and diamonds !

Yes, I went all the way with that, ha ?

That's because this polish had really surprised me, and as you know, I love surprises ! I'm like this "surprises smurf"…what's his name ? lol

I bought this one in that special store I've told you about – "TopNail" , after I saw there a rack with glitter polishes, which looked attempting…it has no brand on it, no name, no number…and from what I understood, they make those glitter polish themselves. To tell you the truth, I was very skeptic about this, but eventually I thought to myself that I have to try these glitter polishes :-)

When I tried it at home, I was very surprised – this is a glitter polish, with large and shiny glitters and you can feel the "glitter effect" already in the first coat (not like some other glitter polishes that in one coat looks clear with some tiny glitter). It has also a special color – greenish with silver and gold glitter

It can be used perfectly for nail art, but I've decided to apply it on my nails as a regular polish, and I was surprised that it turned out pretty opaque already after the third coat and it was so pretty !

Its application is pretty easy, a bit thick as glitter polishes usually are, but very comfortable to work with – you have to apply thin coats and wait a minute or two between coats, for perfect result.

I applied 4 coats and it was opaque enough for me, and if you want to get more delicate look, you can apply just one or two coats.

This one is also great to do layering with – I've tried it on another two polishes I got and it turned out great. I didn't managed to take the pictures, but I'll do it again so you can see :-)

I can say that at the end of the day I had a good experience with this one, and I think I'll buy me more when I'll be in this store again

הפוסט היום מוקדש לחברה יקרה, שברוב כבוד והדר, תיקח היום חלק בטקס ההסמכה של לשכת עורכי הדין !
כן, היום יתקיים בירושלים טקס ההסמכה לעורכי הדין החדשים המצטרפים ללשכה, ואחרי שעברה את המבחנים המייגעים, היא תיכנס בראש מורם ובליווי הפמליה לבנייני האומה ותקבל רשמית את התואר "עורכת דין בישראל" :-)

אז יקירתי – אני גאה בך מאוד ומאחלת לך המון מזל טוב !!! ואיך אפשר בלי קצת לקים לכבוד המאורע החגיגי.....חחחחח

הנה שני נסיונות שעשיתי במיוחד בשבילך – אמנם לא הצליח לצאת כ"כ מדויק, אבל זאת הכוונה שנחשבת נכון ? :-)

ועל הדרך, שתי המסקנות שלי:

1. אימון מביא לשלמות – אני כבר רואה שיפור אצלי, אבל הדרך עוד ארוכה, ואני מתכוונת להמשיך ולנסות ולשפר את הביצועים שלי בכל מה שנוגע לקישוטי ציפורניים.

2. אני חייבת לק לבן נורמלי – היה פשוט זוועה לעבוד עם זה שהיה לי !!!

Today I'm dedicating my post to a dear friend, who is going to take part this evening in the Bar Admission Ceremony for new lawyers, which will take place in Jerusalem !

After passing successfully the exhausting bar exams , she will enter with her head held high and with her family by her side, and officially gets the title " A lawyer in Israel" :-)

So darling – I'm very proud of you and wish you all the best !! And how can we do without some nail polish for this festive occasion ?….lol

So here are two attempts I did especially for you – It didn't turned out accurate, but it is the intention that counts, isn't it ?

And my two conclusions for today :

1. Practice brings perfection – I can already see an improvement in my nail art, but I still have a long way and I intend to keep practicing and improving my nail art.

2. I just have to get a decent white polish – It was absolutely horrible to work with this one (just an old unfamiliar nail polish) !!!

My first Claire's :-)

היום יש לי בשבילכן את שני ה- Claire's הראשונים שלי שקיבלתי מקיטי מ-http://kittyluvscolor.blogspot.com/ !

הראשון הוא הכתום, שנקרא Julius - איזה לק מדליק !

טוב, אני חושבת שגם לגביו הייתי צריכה לשים אזהרה לכל בעלות הלב החלש, אז.... ראו הוזהרתן ! חחחח

ועכשיו זה הזמן להודות – אף פעם לא הלכתי עם לק כתום, אף פעם לא קניתי לק כתום, ולמעשה, חשבתי שכתום על הציפורניים זה די מזעזע (ולא, אני לא מדברת על הקורליים, או על כתום-ורוד או כתום-אדום, אני מדברת על כתום כתום ! )
ועכשיו כשקיבלתי את הכתום הזה, החלטתי שאני חייבת לנסות אותו ו......

אני עדיין חושבת שזה מזעזע ! חחחחחחחח

אבל במובן הטוב של המילה !

אז ככה – הלק הזה הוא כתום זוהר, ממש בצבע של מרקר כתום, והוא מלאאאאא בנצנצים כסופים שהופכים אותו לממש מיוחד. הוא נמרח מעולה, מתייבש במהירות מפתיעה לגמרי, מה שהופך אותו למאוד נוח למריחה, אה, והוא מתייבש מאט. בשתי השכבות הראשונות הוא די שקוף ובשכבה השלישית הוא כבר הופל להיות די אטום. אני שמתי 3 (לדעתי אי אפשר פחות מזה בלק הזה) וגם 4 שכבות היו הולכות כאן טוב למראה אטום לגמרי. מה שכן, לא צריך לחשוש, השכבות מאוד דקות ומתייבשות בשניות, אז זה לא כ"כ נורא.

האמת....נראה לי קצת מיותר שאני מספרת לכן על המריחה שלו, כי נראה לי שאני יכולה להתערב עם עצמי שאף אחת מכן לא תקנה אותו...חחחח....ואם יש מישהי כזו – שתרים יד ! אבל בכל מקרה....שתדעו...

באופן אישי, אני חושבת שהלק הזה ממש מגניב והנצנצים הכסופים הופכים אותו לממש מיוחד ! היה לי ממש מוזר לראות אותו על היד שלי, כי בסך הכל זה צבע די מזעזע (לטובה, כן ? חחח) והייתי צריכה לאזור הרבה אומץ מבחינתי כדי להסתובב איתו ברחוב, אבל בסך הכל אני יכולה להגיד שהיה משעשע ביותר וזה כל הכיף שלי עם הלקים – לעשות חיים !


השני הוא הסגול, שנקרא Magic – תקשיבו, הצבע הזה פשוט מדהים ! אז נכון שלתת לי סגול מהמם זו לא ממש חוכמה, אבל הצבע שלו זה באמת משהו מיוחד ! מעין סגול כהה (אבל לא מאלה שנראים שחורים) עם נצנוצים קטנטנים של פוקסיה בתוכו – מדהים !
גם כאן – 3 שכבות יעשו את העבודה (גם שתיים), המריחה די קלה אבל צריך למרוח בסבלנות 3 שכבות דקות ככל האפשר, כי אחרת זה עושה בועות והייבוש כאן הוא סביר בהחלט, אם כי יותר איטי מהכתום.

זהו להפעם, מקווה שנהניתן !

Claire's Magic

Good morning or evening wherever you are !

First, I want to say WELCOME to all my new followers and THANKS to all of you that are following my blog – it makes me so happy :-)

Today I'll show my first Claire's polishes that I got from the wonderful Kitty from http://kittyluvscolor.blogspot.com/

The first is the orange one – Julius. Now that is a cool polish !

This is my first orange polish ever ! I've never bought an orange polish before and never wore any orange polish and infect….I thought oranges would be pretty shocking on my nails. And when I got this orange (this was the only one in the package that I knew about and I was waiting for it) I had to try it and…….

I still think that it's shocking !! LOL…

but in the good way !

This is kind of a glowing orange, really similar to orange marker, if you know what I mean…it is loaded with tiny silver glitter, which makes it very special and cool.

It applies perfectly, dries really quick and this is the place to say that it dries matte. It's sheer in the first two coats, and becomes pretty opaque in the third coat. If you want it to be totally opaque, you should probably want to apply 4 coats – I applied 3 and that's what you see in the pictures.

I think that this one is such a cool, unique and summery color and I just love its silvery glitter. It was really wired for me to see this color on my nails, because it is not a color that you use to see here, and I felt brave wearing such a shocking color (in the good way, yes ? lol…) but I can say for sure that I had lots of fun with this one and I bet you agree with me that this is all the point with nail polishes – to have fun !

The second polish is the purple one – Magic – Well, this one is absolutely stunning !!! Yes, I know, how can we go wrong with purple…lol….but this one have an awesome shade ! It is a pretty dark purple (but not the kind that goes black) with fuchsia shimmer that makes is so amazingly beautiful. Here also, 3 coats would do the work (even 2), the application is easy, but you have to try to apply thin coats if you don't want bubbles to appear, and it dries very well, although slower than the orange one.

ובנוסף, היא גם צירפה לי שוקולדים טעימים, שכמו שאתן יכולות לשים לב, שרדו רק את התמונה הראשונה...חחחחח......

This was my first nail polish exchange (or should I say swap ? what is the right word ? ) and I'm very very excited about this ! I was waiting for her package to arrive and what a big surprise I had when I got it !

Kitty sent me awesome polishes, from different brands, that some of them are very hard to get here or even impossible (even through the web), and each one of them is prettier from the other – she picked up such a stunning colors. I swear I didn't expect to such a great package ! This is so fun !!

She also added some chocolates, and as you can see, they survived just the first pic…yummy….lol

I just LOVE these polishes, they are all gorgeous, and I'm so happy and excited about this ! I took pictures of them, so you can see why I'm so excited and I'll do their swatches later on.

Kitty – thank you SO much for the opportunity to this wonderful exchange – I just love everything, it was a pleasure and I enjoyed every moment !!!
